PURPOSE: Provide Scholarship Grants to qualified applicants who are pursuing post high school education or training at a recognized institution and will be enrolled in the upcoming academic year.  Scholarship funds may be used in the pursuit of a Certification or license; to attend a Trade or technical school; to attend two or four year colleges and universities.
